Period 1 ( Year 12) SPANISH
Print out PPT presented on Friday and glue it in your books so I can mark it.
Make a list of 10 positive things & 10 negative things about TV nowadays. ( in their books) For reference Pages 14/5 of AS text book.
From AS book do the following exercises in your books:
All questions and answers should be copied out.
Page 17 Actividad preliminar.

Period 2 ( Year 10) SPANISH
Isabel, Megan, Zach, Jack, Rachel, Kacper are to work independently preparing questions sheets on holidays. They know which resources to use.
The rest of the class in pairs will prepare a PPT on a city in Spain or any other Spanish Speaking Country where they would like to have an ideal holiday.
The tittle will be Mis vacaciones ideales en.... (My ideal holidays in...)
The ppt can be in English & Spanish, should include information on the city, population, location, main monuments, festivals, traditions, gastronomy, and things to do there.
They can include photos and video links.
They´ll present it the following lesson.
Period 3 ( Year 10) CULTURE (Latin)
At the end of last lesson they were given a topic to research ranging from mythology to life in Rome. They have to prepare a PPT presentation and rehearse it to be ready for next week. The aim is to be able to present it to the class. They should all talk in the presentation and the presentations should last between 5 to 10 minutes.
If they were off, they can choose any topic on the Roman Empire they are interested in.
Period 4 ( Year 11) SPANISH
They are working independently on the questions for their Controlled Assessment.
Flow chart and higher structures booklets are in the blue tray. ( They have been updated).
If they prefer it they can work on computer however by the end of the lesson they should have a copy of work produced in their books). Use their time wisely since they only have these two lessons to complete them.
Anthony and Liam are working on the Past (green) and Future (purple) holiday charts. When finished they should start with the Conditional (pink) spare copies are on notice board. Image below. When finish start memorising the three of them.

They can help out with Controlled Assessment to the rest of the class. If finished they can find three cool Spanish ads/commercials to analyse in the next lesson.

When finish they can research for words in English that use prefixes and suffixes from the Latin list in booklet and right them down with explanation.
